Upliftment and Creative Expression for the Betterment of All of Life!
As a workshop facilitator in Toronto, Canada for many years, I offer participants an insight into who they truly are, as unique expressions of God / Creator / The One Source -- each individual on their own personal Journey of Self Discovery. All are invited to explore the true meaning of Community (come-unity) through participating in interactive, arts-based and reflective workshops, as well as embracing the "inner workings" of the Bridge to Oneness Workbook.
I have been privileged to work with people from many walks of life, including corporate, community and Interfaith groups and youths, as well as those who are frequently overlooked: the marginalized, special needs and mental health communities. As an empathic facilitator, I ensure that everyone is included and valued, while in a safe and welcoming space. My personal / spiritual experiences have enriched my life exponentially, encouraging me to strive to be an example of what I share with participants in the groups.
My other occupational "hats" are in the Education, Social Service and Editorial/Publishing fields.

A Workplace Reference:
"I am delighted to act as a reference for Ms. Roslyn Rus. I have known her for more than 20 years and worked with her in a professional capacity from 2002 to 2019.
During this period, I contracted Roslyn to do editing, research, writing, consultation, event planning and workshop facilitation. Much of this work was done for Scarboro Missions, an internationally-focused organization committed to anti-racism, diversity, multiculturalism, cross-cultural relations, social justice and global consciousness.
Roslyn's keen eye for and attention to detail makes her a very competent editor and researcher. Roslyn researched and organized -- and thus created -- an international database of intercultural organizations that is one of the largest in the world.
Roslyn is a team player and has a healthy work ethic. Her listening, dialogical and consultative skills make her a joy to work with. Sincerely, Paul McKenna"
