The Bridge to Oneness: An Interactive Spiritual Workbook for Here and Now,
originally published in 2010, is an illustrated, 60-page, soft cover book created to complement
the Bridge to Oneness Workshop, and can be used on its own also.
All who read or engage in the activities in this Workbook will be raised in consciousness
and awareness of the sacredness of Mother Earth (Beloved Gaia), and our interdependence
and interconnectedness with the Earth and All of Life.
The Bridge to Oneness Workbook activities are designed to inspire and encourage people
to explore their own communities, and to get to know and interact with their neighbours,
as well as the Earth Herself.
This Workbook assists readers/participants to reawaken their own
Divine inner child and unique expression of Creativity, and is filled with hands-on,
holistic, arts-based and reflective activities.
The Bridge to Oneness Workbook features a timely contribution from
Frances Sanderson of the First Nations Indigenous community.
The 60-page Workbook is co-illustrated by Karen Suitor (2010 edition).
